Join the Healthy Living Program. Learn about nutrition, fitness, and exercise each week for 12 weeks. This program is designed for anyone that is interested in changing some of their lifestyle habits. We have a Registered Dietician that can answer your nutritional questions, 2 Fitness Professionals that can answer your Fitness questions, and then each week there will be an exercise session.
