Greetings all May Graduates,
Congratulations! As your graduation approaches, there is one thing needed to secure your attendance and attire for May 30th. At any given point between now and May 1st, you can bring in your Graduation Ceremony Regalia Card, or fill out our form pertaining to your cap and gown size requirements. We ask that each person planning to graduate complete this task prior to May 1, 2014. Distribution of the cap and gown regalia will be held between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2014, and Thursday, May 29, 2014. If you are unable to pick-up your regalia during the allotted distribution times, someone will be available on Friday, May 30 to hand out remaining regalia. For any online or out-of-state students, you may place your orders via telephone (901) 448-5427, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM (Central Time). A Grad Fair will be held outside of the VolShop on Tuesday, April 1st and Wednesday, April 2nd. At this time, any graduating student can place an order for Graduation invitations and Graduation Rings. Additionally, ALL diploma frames will be discounted by 10% during the Grad Fair. To recap, please have your Regalia Cards turned in by May 1st to solidify your graduation attire. We hope to see each of you at the Grad Fair on April 1st!
