FITNESS CLASSES TO BEGIN OFFERING IN PERSON SESSIONS

Beginning Wednesday, January 27th, Pilates wil be offered in the Yoga Studio at 5:30pm. Spin will be back in Studio 2, begiining Thursday, January 28th at 5:30pm. Be sure to sign on to the reservation portal, https://uthsc.edu/campus-rec/reservations  and reserve your place for the class. The Fitness Class schedule is as follows:

Yoga, Monday at 5:30p ZOOM (in person beginning 2/1)   Spin Thursday, January 28 at 5:30p in person Studio 2  Pilates, Wednesday January 27 at 5:30p in person & ZOOM Zumba, Wednesday, January 27 at 5:30p ZOOM ONLY    SPIN, beginning Tuesday, February 2 at 5:30p in person
