Expedited Process for Affiliated NetID Access for iMedRIS

Dear Researchers,

The Office of Research is pleased to announce an expedited NetID approval process for researchers from our affiliated institutions. You will no longer need to complete the Friend of UT/Volunteer NetID request process through Human Resources and your department will not need to process or pay for a background check.

The expedited process is available only for researchers from our affiliated institutions who will require access to one of the compliance modules in iMedRIS. This process does require the use of the researcher’s affiliated institutionally assigned email address.

Information Technology Services is working on a project that will allow the UTHSC department sponsoring the individual to begin the request through a secure form. Until that project/form is in place, you should contact Cameron Barclay (cbarclay@uthsc.edu) or Tricia Page (ppage@uthsc.edu) to begin the process. We are striving for a very short turn around between the initial request and completion of access to the iMedRIS application.
