Qualtrics is UTHSC’s official survey and course evaluation software. We are currently in the beginning stages of a trial period for a new Qualtrics feature: the file upload question type. The file upload question type is used to give survey participants a chance to upload a file along with their survey responses. It gives you the ability to collect rich data that may not be available through standard survey questions.
