Did you know? You can now add your external training for HR128 credit through your K@TE portal


Employees can submit external training class requests for HR 128 training credit through K@TE.

  1. Login to K@TE with your NetID and Password
  2. Click “Add External Training” from the K@TE landing page
  3. Fill in the requested information
  4. Attach a document containing the supervisor’s signature of approval
    a. This can be the HR 128 Training Credit Request form -or-
    b. Screenshot of an email from supervisor containing:
    Training title/name
    ‘Approved’ by supervisor
  5. Then click “Submit”

The request goes to Employee and Organizational Development to be approved. The training is then added to your transcript.
