The Department of Pediatric Cardiology is hosting The International PDA Symposium on Friday and Saturday, May 18-19, 2018 at The Westin Beale Street Memphis Hotel. This course will discuss state-of-the-art practices on how to keep the patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) open and how to close the PDA in newborns from specialist in many disciplines. Special focus will be on transcatheter PDA closure in extremely low birth weight, premature infants.
