  • To evaluate diversity within the surgical workforce, etiologies of the “leaky” pipeline, and institutional “readiness” for diversity
  • To describe strategies for managing microaggressions, becoming an upstander, and achieving active allyship
  • To describe strategies for increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the house of surgery
