Proposals must be fully routed with all finalized documents and approvals at least 5-business days before the submission due date so that the proposal is ready for the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) to review, certify, and submit to the funding agency. An up-to-date COI disclosure for all key personnel in the DASH Research COI module is one of the required documents. Researchers and business managers are reminded to ensure their key personnel have an up-to-date disclosure on file before submitting a proposal to OSP.
Researchers should enter their disclosures in the DASH Research COI module as soon as possible and keep them current. This will ensure your ability to meet the 5-business day submission requirement. Proposals that do not follow the deadline requirements will not be submitted except under extenuating circumstances.
