The deadline for Fall 2025 (August – December) CHIPS event requests is the end of business on Tuesday, April 15. All scheduling requests for the Fall term received by April 15th will be considered together and any conflicts will be resolved following the scheduling policy. Requests will continue to be accepted after April 15th and considered on a first come, first served basis.
CHIPS scheduling requests should be submitted using the online form. By the end of April or early May, you will receive either an email confirmation or an email requesting further discussion to resolve scheduling conflicts to accommodate your request.
