Madubuonwu is Senior Director of Social Determinants of Health and Wellness for the Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare system. For 11 years, Madubuonwu has focused on reducing disparities for parents and children as head of the Maternal and Child Health program at LeBonheur Children’s Hospital. She is a registered nurse and holds a Master of Science in nursing. A former Clinical Instructor with the UTHSC College of Nursing, she is currently finishing her PhD in Nursing.
Participants enrolled in the Co-Curricular Certificate in Social Determinants of Health may receive credit toward their certificate by attending this event and filling out a self-reflection afterward.
