Do you want to lose weight or just learn how to be more healthy? This program teaches you how to make nutritionally sound choices for the rest of your life.
The Keep It Fit leader is very enthusiastic and motivating. The current group consists of students, faculty and staff of the University who have all been very successful in their weight loss goals.

Program Details – 12 week session that includes:
motivational talk, informative materials with recipes and exercise tips, group support, teaches you how to eat permanently with no prepackaged food
The cost is $100 for the entire session to be paid by check or cash. The payment can be split into 2 upfront payments of $50 with the checks being deposited on weeks 1 and 6.
