- Schedule meetings for yourself or someone else?
- Host meetings?
- Set up co-hosts/alternate hosts for others?
- Schedule meetings over 40 minutes or for over 100 attendees?
- Use Waiting or Breakout Rooms?
- Do polling?
- Do Screen Sharing?
Request a UTHSC Basic Zoom Account if you just need to:
- Attend meetings scheduled by someone else
- Schedule short meetings (no longer than 40 minutes with up to 100 attendees)
