During this session participants will learn the definition of Doomscrolling and explore how it manifests in their daily lives.

Participants will:

  • Learn the definition of Doomscrolling and explore how it manifests in your daily lives.
  • Examining the mental and physical health consequences associated with prolonged exposure to negative content.
  • Providing practical strategies and tips to help break the cycle of Doomscrolling and promote healthier habits.

By the end of the session participants will have a deeper understanding of Doomscrolling and be equipped with tools to manage online consumption more mindfully.
