930 Madison building occupants:
The 930 Madison building has experienced a ruptured heating water pipe that extends between the basement and the roof. The building will be cooler than normal while repairs are being made. We have adjusted the HVAC system to try to maintain a comfortable environment.
We do not have a timeline established for the work to be completed due to the extent of deterioration of the pipe. Extensive openings in the ceilings and walls will need to take place in order to replace the deteriorated pipes. UT mechanical services is currently working with contractors to correct this situation as quickly as possible.
