1. Enroll Now in the Sick Leave Bank
The Sick Leave Bank (SLB) is an opportunity for eligible employees to protect their income. The SLB may provide paid leave to bank members who have exhausted all of their own paid leave due to a personal illness or injury.
In order to be eligible to enroll in this benefit employees must:
- Be classified as regular, full-time, or part-time and be in an active pay status, which allows accrual of sick leave.
- Have a balance of at least 48 sick leave hours as of June 30th.
- Agree to a one-time assessment (donation) of 24 hours of sick leave for full-time employees.
- Part-time employee’s assessments will be pro-rated based on the percentage of effort.
Campus mail may be picked up on Wednesdays only from Mail Services (920 Madison Avenue, Suite NC016 on the concourse level) from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm. Outgoing mail, including red/orange bags, can also be dropped off at Mail Services. For your convenience there is a drop slot to the Mail Services office accessible from the hallway leading to the H-lot garage, around the corner from the Mail Services front entrance. No campus mail delivery will be offered.
Please note – if you are expecting a package to be delivered via UPS or FedEx, make sure you are tracking your package, as it will not be delivered to Mail Services, and will likely be dropped off at your office door. Only USPS packages are routed through Mail Services.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact Mail Services directly:
