As a part of National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness week, a campus-wide committee organized the Hunger and Homelessness Summit at UT, hosted by the UTK Office of the Dean of Students and UTHSC Student Sffairs & Community Engagement Office.
The purpose of the summit is to connect campus and community partners regarding issues of hunger and homelessness on college campuses. The summit includes a featured speaker, topical breakout sessions, and a panel of content experts to discuss issues of hunger and homelessness not only in the UT system, but for college students across the state and country.

Intensive credit will be offered to students participating in the Social Determinants of Health Co-Curricular certificate who attend this summit.
