**Reminder** – academic and ad hoc space requests for the July 1 – December 31, 2018, period should be submitted to the GEB Scheduling Office by May 1. Space requests should include all classes, laboratories, small group sessions, electives and ad-hoc events. Please note: due to on-going renovation in the GEB, the accuracy of submitted class schedules is extremely important for this period.
Submissions will be reviewed and assignments will be distributed back to requesting units by mid-June or earlier.
