University of Tennessee President Joe DiPietro today talked about the greatest challenges facing public higher education during the Nashville Business Journal’s 2014 “Nashville Ahead” program.
He joined three panelists for a program titled, “A Discussion on Higher Education and Workforce Readiness.”
“We have to do everything we possibly can to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and entrepreneurial approaches to filling funding gaps, all while maintaining our excellence,” Dr. DiPietro told the gathering of business, industry and government leaders.
